Payday loan help

I stupidly took out a few payday loans before and have agreed plans with them all but 1. These plans are all but paid.

I have a loan with CFO lending.
I offered to pay the interest of 1780 this month and the remainging balance of 500 over 3 months they have refused And sent this reply

Unfortunately we are unable to accept a payment plan unless an account has been in default for a minimum of 33 days, please note our collections procedures continue during this time. As per your agreement you must pay the minimum of your interest amount (£180) on your due date to avoid falling into default, you can make an overpayment to reduce your principal amount in effect reducing your overall balance for the following month.

After researching this I have been told they have to accept a payment plan. Does anyone have any information on this or any legal advice as I have been told they are breaching most OFT guidelines in declining a payment plan

You took out loans off these sharks you pay the price , only one person to blame, why people have shit in life they can not afford to pay back i never know. Its like the young lad down the road its ok having a flash car but the idiot can not afford the petrol whats the point in that, save up and pay cash thats my motto as there no come backs or people knocking on your door if you got layed off or something all this is depending on what you earn of course

The guy's asking for help/advice as he's in financial difficulties. He knows he's made a mistake but you don't know why he needed the money, so keep your opinions to yourself!

Before you do anything go to your bank and get them to cancel the CPA(continuous payment authority) to that company and get a new debit card so they can't touch your account. Don't let them bully you in to a payment plan you can't afford with high interest and log down any contact from them, phone calls, letters, threats of bailiffs ect. contact the OFT as a lot of these pay day company's are rouge and don't follow the guidelines
