Lugansk (previously Voroshilovgrad) is of course Cardiffs Twin City in the Ukraine.

probably wrong thing to say apologies
just think he says eti come from eastern Europe and need to toughen up for English game but if im right Ukraine is also eastern European ? hopefully malky is surely he can make the grade, hopefully eti will aswell
