Just to inform people the subsidy is £400 a coach and not £500 as I have read, not picking holes or criticising.
Also the subsidised coaches is open to all members of the travel group but only for 20 coaches over the whole group.
So it is not strictly true that every coach is being subsidised.
But a good offer whichever way you look at it and an opportunity to get numbers to the game
