For me, he along with Taylor and Gestede were the only people, who looked as if they wanted the result. Malky needs to restore some hunger and impetus into the team! 10 more games!!!

That it, not a huge amount of experience.
Turner, Hudson, Marshall, Kev, Whitts, Gunnar, Mason all have experience of failure at this level.
It's not that great a balance.

You can add Campbell to that list too. That makes 5 more than last season.
