Burnout! But we have options

There has been a lot of talk and rightly so about player burnout. People have compared this season to last season and also Malky with Watford where the squad faded towards the end of the campaign seemingly with fatigue.
The reason i wont except this however is because we have fresh legs on the bench. Tommy Smith, Whitts and even Gunnarson are not being picked on form at the moment and that is a major problem because if all three are not playing that well then its no wonder we are not controlling the midfield.
Don Cowie - My god could we do with his engine in the middle of the park at the moment. Not only because he doesnt stop running but also because this will free up our creative players and give them more room to affect the game and actually look like creating something. Surely Cowie needs to get a game. He never lets us down in my opinion and always gives 100%
Kimbo - probably our most technically gifted and creative player in midfield. May be aside from Whitts when he is firing. Kim keeps its simple but can also play those smart little asses that pull other midfields out of position. He also has a good engine and i feel he is very unucky not to be playing at the moment.
Joe Mason - Probably the most unluckiest player in the squad this season. he had a great first year with us and deserves more game time. his movement has improved this year and he looks physically stronger than before. If we were firing on all cylinders and scoring left right and center then fair enough. but the point is we are not and i personally think he has something to offer.
and finally the fans - A lot of people mention the atmosphere and rightly so, however you can feel how anxious the crowd is and the nerves are terrible. Must rub off on the players. But after all we have been through then surely this is understandable.
Not trying to be negative in any way as we are in a fantastic position with a game in hand and had you offered me this at the start of the season i wouldve snatched your hands off.
one big final push now, and looking at our fixtures i can see 6 wins and a couple of draws in there somewhere.
either way, its gonna be one hell of an emotional rollercoaster, and we wouldnt have it any other way!!!
