Trolls and Abuse

I have a question for the mods here.
I think it's a fair point but let's see.
Do mods think it fair when open and scathing abuse is aimed at the owners of our club? Some may not agree with them and that's fine but to call them some of the things that has been used in the last hour or so isn't really on for a City mb.
I realise some people have a vocabulary that hasn't got past the early teens (I'm being polite here) but surely you can ask a relative to make your point for you?
