Worried About the Redbird? - What About Kuala Lumpa Tigers

I have heard some rather disturbing rumours doing the rounds, which if true will see not just the Bluebird dying forever, but also Cardiff City in any shape of form.

I anticipate an absolute mauling for posting this rumou,r but hopefully you will see from my historical posts, I'm not prone to posting wind up threads, although I will challenge Carl and Annis occasionally. Even if the rumour is true, I would hope that it is just an example of one of Tan's mad ideas, rather than anything that has a good chance of happening. So here goes.

There have apparently been rumblings that the team could be rebranded yet again, with the name Kuala Lumpa Tigers being banded about. This is alarming enough, but that is not the worst of it. There is also a rumour that Tan wants the team to play in, wait for it.............................London.

Lets hope and pray that this is just a result of an over active imagination or a deliberate attempt to send the rumour mill into overdrive to make other potential changes suddenly seem less significant, but if this is anywhere near the truth, in terms of Tan's big vision, what will Cardiff be left with?

This all sounds like madness to me and I hope it is, but maybe Tan is just bonkers enough to think he could pull it off???

I also hear that at least one of the old guard that has worked at the City for years, has been given a cash lump sum incentive to take early retirement. Clearing the decks of the old guard maybe?

I can't verify any of the above, but it's amazing some of the stuff doing the rounds at present.
