One thing I have noticed in last few games is that players are not looking for the ball and offering themselves when we have the ball. When we are playing well and winning everyone wants the ball and gives us options, this shows a lack of confidence from the players we need our senior pros to stand up and pull us through this downturn. Kimbo playing would be ideal as he as a lot of confidence in own play and always wants the ball and most importantly rarely loses the ball which is what is needed now.
