For Malky to put aside this thought of upsetting the squad harmony.....perhaps they need a jolt

We need a Charlie ADAM style player who can either take over or supplement Peter Whittingham for the last 10 games . at the moment we are just not creative enough if at all.

Go back to playing 5 across midfiled and perhaps utilising Bellamy and Kimbo out wide

He also needs to get an experienced Centre half in ASAP

Both of these -players being the type he would want next season if promoted and i say IF because at the moment we look bereft of ideas and the Play offs beckon... and we all know what happens there
