1. If you're going to persist in lumping the ball forward from the back all game you might as well start Rudy in every match.

2. Don't turn into another Dave Jones and constantly play your favourites. If Whitts, Tommy Smith and Gunnar are out of form ( which they are), have the balls to drop them and change the team around.

3. For God's sake, use the loan system if you have to. You should have signed more defensive cover than the invisible man (Simon Lappin). Relying on an inexperienced (if promising) young centre half will not work and is not fair on the player himself.

4.Get a grip - and quickly. Sort it out and rid yourself of a seeming inability to prevent your teams from collapsing like a house of cards at the end of every season

Didn't you see his post match comments? This was a great night for Cardiff because we got a last minute equaliser or something. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Dear Malky

Get some coaching lessons.

Your PR and team management are top drawer but your football is clueless.

What do you work on training every day because we have no f*cking pattern if play?

Are you actually out on the training pitch or are you being bummed by Tommy Smith while you bum Craig Conway?

Yet to read his comments I dont want to be angry before bed.

I can only imagine the bollocks he will come out with

It's the crap you'd have thought it was before you read them anyway

We got draw shows what a great team we are... for some reason.

"It shows a great fighting spirit to press and keep pressing and keep knocking the door.
"We had a couple of chances just before that [equaliser] from [Peter] Whittingham and Fraizer Campbell, so to get the actual goal in the end is a hard-earned reward for that team tonight.
"It's about making sure that we just stay focussed on our task in hand, we've got to make sure that we only look at the team that's in front of us.
"Everyone else is in the same boat in terms of chasing, in terms of picking up points every week and knowing that wherever you go in the division there's tough games, and you saw that again tonight."

We did indeed, which I'm sure you'll agree is better than a defeat.

"Good territory in the first half for us"

"5 points in 5 games is just individual problems, it's a tough league"

"We worked hard for our point"

"Hudson out, Turner out for Sheff Wed"

"Fine lines between winning and losing"

shit happens, are we still top?? good god this thread is hard to belive, what were you saying when 11 points clear?? you must remind us!! we are still top game in hand with a very good squad, stop being so negative and dragging evryone down, are you all jacks by the way???

wish malky would take responsibility for once, I don't think ive ever seen him say he got it wrong tonight his tactics didn't work but instead its always individual errors but we worked hard as a team (defended well for most of the games)

what I don't understand beginning of last season when he took over we played attacking attractive football but then around crimbo mark it was defend defend defend hoofball just close the space down and that's it, then this season started same way with the odd few good attacking football but now its back to the dull defend tactics and that's it, pass the ball but never hardly try and bloody shoot at goal aslong as we defend its ok! the blame does go to malky but he will shrug it off, yes hes got us top of the league but personally I think its down to indivduals scoring crucial goals eg gestede last night rather than being a team.

No, we are realistic. We are not playing well, havent been for a while now. If Malky doesnt get his head out of his arse and stop playing his favourites then we could very well blow it.

Weve scraped a lot of points from games were we havent played well. Throughout the season a lot of the results have better than the performance.

Now, the results are matching the performances. Rubbish.

hes done an ok job but recently we have been very bad and look clueless but some think that malky is the messiah and next mourinho,if he blows this it wont go down well.
