They're 17/18 so they spend more time in the U18s.

Also we're giving all the development time to Kiss, Ralls and McPhail so that's their positions taken.

I get the kiss, ralls thing. But if they are going to break through for us and not another lower div, they should be starting reserve games over people like healey etc.

Ledley, Gunter, Matthews etc were all starting regulars for the reserves as 1st yr pro/ 2nd yr yts age.

This. If you look at the Swansea U21 side we beat (2-1 I think?) last week, their side was full of 16 and 17 year old's. If Wharton and O'Sullivan are any good at all then they should be starting for the U21's imo
