To answer your question, if a free pie and pint was offered in the same offer as the red scarf, I would have turned it down without any hesitation, because I wouldn't want to be associated with that bribe in any way whatsoever.

A free scarf to promote his red and further extinguish the traditional blue identity of our football club seems like a bribe to me. Especially if VT threw in a free pie and pint in with his "offer".

No, you are wrong. A bribe is acting in an illegal or dishonest way. Tan is offering people the opportunity to win a season ticket by wearing a scarf.

If you didnt want the scarf you didn't have to take it.

Its not a bribe. The free season ticket is an added incentive to wear a red scarf

No. A bribe would be the following:

If you don't wear the red scarf you will be ejected from the stadium.

The fact that nothing illegal nor dishonest has been done means its not a bribe whether you like it or not.

Definition of a bribe = Something, such as money or a favor, offered or given to a person in a position of trust to influence that person's views or conduct.

So the added incentive of a free season ticket for wearing red is persuading fans to act in VT's favour, which by the definition above taken from thefreedictionary.com, is a bribe. I can't believe you have made me waste time looking that definition up. You pro reds carry on believing what you want mind.

So you're saying a bribe is "if you don't wear the red scarf you will be ejected from the stadium" but VT's statement of "if you wear a red scarf you might get a free season ticket", isn't a bribe? Incredible!

f**k me, CMMB lefties got the night off or something so the junior morons on monitor duty?

Leicesters owner or who ever has offered incentives, marketing to the fools, to their otherwise lazy arsed fans to come our glorious cauldron of noise to create an atmosphere. He or indeed she has failed to mention that free pint will be Albright, there's still 963 pints left after the egg chasing and the pies are of the Peter's variety that they can't sell as traces of beef DNA have been found in one.

If you feel that badly about Leicester fans wearing free blue scarves just knock a few out, remove their said blue scarves and deposit the unwanted red scarf in exchange. Simples

Disclaimer: The above is meant in humor, no animals have been harmed in anyway only the odd bit of pride and no offence to the "lefties" I don't want them to take their ball home as they do give me seconds of amusement from time to time
