Both ourselves and Nottingham Forest are currently receiving their rewards for this "obsessive" kind of management.

Since Davies return Forest have been superb, and no one can argue against the fact we are top on merit.

I love the Sport Tech kind of things, it's why more new upcoming managers have this approach and it pays off, i.e. Malky

Thanks for posting this. That was really interesting, it's clear Billy Davies is a obsessive workaholic and that documentary proves what a fantastic manager he is. The Forest players must have the utmost respect for him, when you know you have a manager like Davies picking you up on every little thing you can improve on, it can only make you a better player.

The difference between what we just saw with Billy Davies and our previous manager, who chose to allow Terry Burton to take the training sessions so he could have a game of golf, is staggering. No wonder Forest continuously got the better of us when Dave Jones was our manager. Thankfully, Malky is very similar to Davies and this is why we are in the position we are in.
