Don't buy a Mac as they don;t run all of the games. You want a Windows PC.
The thing with Gaming PCs it's a case of spending a lot of money on them and realistically you could spend several thousand pounds on getting a truly top of the line PC. And it wouldn't be top of the line within a month or two

If you are looking to spend a grand then an I7 pc with a decent graphics card will be whats needed

Build it yourself, its easy to do and will save you a fortune. How much you willing to spend? Can buy a good gaming pc for under a grand easily.
Also don't buy a Mac, they're not very good for gaming plus way over priced for what your getting

Get one custom made or build yourself. Important things are CPU and GPU. When you look at CPU's look at the GHZ speed, that's what's important. Intel i5 range are great value for money. High end GPU's are the nVidia range. You want one of the 6XX versions at high end performance. Anything else PM me.

thanks guys, i really wouldnt know how to build one myself or anything.
tbh the most i'd spend is around £600 i dont know if thats a fair price or not though.
a friend refered me to alienware, and theres on on there for around £570. i3 processor i think it was. yet again, not sure if thats good or not. i mainly use it to play fm, but my brother is full into his pc gaming with the total war series, and that new sims the city game. so i want one which can play my fm, but also his games for him, without the lagging or slowness
cheers lads

Honestly Alienware are a rip off for what they give you but its up to you as it saves you doing it yourself. My advice is to build it yourself as itll be alot cheaper, you'll learn alot more about it and its makes it easier for you in the future if you want to upgrade it. If you dont want to build it yourself have a look around online as there are lots of shops that will do it for you, just be careful who you go with and make sure to read reviews of the companies.
My suggestion is to read up on everything your buying specially the components, in my opinion go for an i5 processer as they are a great value for what your getting and are reasonably priced.

the only problem is though, i have no idea about pc's so when i go to build one myself, it asks for like processor, memory ect i have no idea what im actually clicking.

PC Gaming shits over consoles.
Better graphics, better running, can use a controller if you want, dual monitors, not to mention Steam has amazing prices.

Build your own. You can save quite a lot of money. All it takes is some research about what a computer is made up of.
ebuyer.com is a good place to start looking for parts.
