Lets say you were a football player playing for a stable club week in week out in a good division i.e Premier League. If a bigger club came in for you, where you know you probably won't play much, maybe a handful of games at most, most as subs, but the wages they offered were a lot more, would you move to them?
You see in the various leagues that teams, like Manchester City, buying half decent players who you can tell won't get many games for them, yet these players who could make a name for themselves at their current club, playing week in week out, move for the increased salary and just fizzle out as an unknown until their contracts run out and they move to a lower league club. I can see they also might be thinking they'll be able to play in Europe but a lot of them don't get picked for the league matches, let alone European games.
If it was me, I think you can probably guess, I would rather be getting games week in week out for the lower down the league club with the smaller wages.
So, what would you do? Would you rather stay at your current club getting regular games to enjoy your football with a lower pay or would you move to the bigger team for the increased wages?
Discuss.

The money talks and with a career only lasting till mid 30's I would rather have the money in my bank. If it was Cardiff I was at I could safely say I would never leave them even they were relagated to the conference providing Cardiff wanted me at the club ten I would stay with them

Bigger club and money every time, you must believe that you have half a chance to establish yourself and who knows what happens after that...
Joe Ledley and Scott Sinclair come to mind, both will easily pick up where they came from or better.
