O/T HELP IF YOU CAN

Please help us find a black man, we believe to be jamaican origin, drives a white van, may have stubble or a beard. On fri 8th march about 9pm a man fitting this description grabbed a 15 yr old girl and put her in his van , he took her and drove off in the clive road area of grangetown. Then she was raped. Please if anyone knows of this man or fits description of someone u may no contact cardiff bay police station. CCFC
