Away membership for home tickets

Hi all wonder if anyone coold help me out. I just ordered in advance 3'tickets for the forest game and received just 2 in the post so I'm guessing my ticket has been put on my away membership card.
How do I use this at the stadium where do I scan it as it appears to me just to be a bit of plastic no chip, no barcode and no magnetic strip. So how do I use it for entry please?
Always bought on day before and had paper ticket with barcode.

The away card is for identification only. You can't use it to enter the stadium.

Just rung the ticket office and they say that ticket is on my away membership card.
I'm still unsure that it's nothing more than a plastic card. Has any one else used they away membership card as home ticket??

Ok thanks. I know I'm sound stupid here but do you just put your card in the infa red light?? Or is there a slot to put it into.

Tickets are loaded onto the membership card and just scanned like a season ticket.

Hold it in the slot anyway untill the light goes green. It's so funny watching people using it for the 1st time, it takes a few seconds for the light to come on and they start pushing the gate to soon, then they start to panic.

Whish I just bought good old fashion paper ones now. Lol

My niece and nephew have away membership cards. They are the same as stadium cards, and season ticket cards. In other words, they can be 'charged up' for any given game. There is a chip in there somewhere! Just insert the card into the reader, where you would put a paper ticket with a barcode. It works the same way. Wait for the green light. The ticket office should have told you your seat number when you booked. If in doubt, give them a ring to check your ailse, row, and seat number. You will be fine, don't worry! There are always plenty of stewards about, and personally, I have found them to be very helpful.
