Bellamy , Noone , Kimbo

Thu Mar 07, 2013 12:12 pm

A few have said Malky is stubborn lately by not playing Noone, Kimbo etc and questioned why Bellamy was having a few days away..
But i believe Malky knows what hes doing and by keeping them on the bench he will have these players to call into the starting line up when theres tired legs in the last couple of games :malky:

At the expense of dropping points in the meantime :?

Thats a clever plan :?

Bellamy needed the rest, Noone wasn't on top form but looks like he might be on his way back,I would drop Whitts to the bench for a few games and start Kimbo in his place now. Whitts could be a good impact player for a few games and he gets some rest

Malky clearly did think we could win without them, & during a week when Rob Earnshaw leaves, Velikonja & Mutch mysteriously disappear, & Kim BO-Kyung can't even get a game, it does make you wonder whats going on?

I think he kept them back for as long as he could to keep them for the run in maybe we will see conway and smith rested soon?

Just a thought, but are we still able to bring in emergency loan players?

Always play your best team I reckon. As for noone he hasn't been playing because he's been poor. Tues was crying out for Kim and Bellamy. We hardly create anything at the moment. Worrying.

I've stopped trying to second guess Malky. The time to judge him is when the seasons over.I think he'll deliver. Its the fans that need to hold their nerve.

But you said he "Knows what hes doing" by leaving them out.

Based on the results clearly not.

How's this for a crazy idea? Get promoted as soon as possible, then maybe rest a few. Crazy idea I know. But like you say Malky knows his shit.

Iwould like to see cowie in the middle tbh. He gets a lot of stick but hes a workhorse and if we persist with whitts i think cowie compliments him well and free's him up to play. Especially in a midfield 5.

Just a thought

I bet every footballer wishes he could jet off to Dubai every time he is injured eh

Players would be queuing up to be kicked every Saturday
