Driving home last night the conversation came up on the game, MM and the team.
I have to say, hand on heart, that in terms of effort the team under MM give they're all but in terms of enjoying the football side MM's teams have probably played the poorest football.
Im sue he'll get us up but i do worry about our gameplans against the big boys.

Tend to agree apart from getting us up which he won't and will be gone in the summer

Im not saying it does, im more wondering why they changed back to it.
Play Mason instead of Helguson and keep it on the floor.

I really do like MM for his honesty and work ethic especially after our party boys of previous years who cost us.
But the entertainment is just not there, the drama is cos its Cardiff, but i can't of a game where we have blown a team away with football.

If we go up I think we are in for a busy time in the transfer market. This does concern me as I'm a firm believer in taking a squad into the premier with a good basis. I honestly don't think we have that.
I can see us needed 2 fullbacks with pace. We will need a general in midfield. I would also look at 2 new wingers who can take on defenders, I just don't think we have them.

Paul, not very often we agree, but I have to say the football of late has been very poor, I 100% believe we will be promoted, but the majority of these players are not good enough for the Prem in my opinion, but I have said that for a long time.

Football expert Tan reckoned in his interview the core of the team is good enough for the prem.

VT is wrong in that case.
Hate to say this but when we go up i can honestly see a change of manager. If VT, as believed, is investing 25 million im unsure if he will trust MM with his playing style.
I think currently Marshall, Hudson (with a faster sidekick), Whitts (more space to play), Noone, bellamy and campbell could cut it in the premier.

The style of football we have played of late isn't very pretty on the eyes but it has got us a sizeable amount of points. Whether it will get us through to the promised land remains to be seen but one certainty is that we need to invest in better players and a more fluent style if we are to stay in the EPL for more than a season.

Go along with that except Noone. Not PL quality imo.
Think Kimbo could flourish if ever given the chance. Few glimpses ive seen he has the technical ability.

I tend to agree. The key word you used is pace. If you don't have that in several key positions you are dead meat in the Prem. Hudson has been our best defender but I'm not even sure he will cut it in the Prem. Perhaps if he's got a speedy CB next to him his experience and positional sense will be enough. Big shopping list in the summer with players needed in all departments....IF we go up. And a few needed if we don't.
