Runners up think Watford might squeeze past us. Just a blip though, we got to much quality. missing are 2 leaders tonight make such a difference when they are back for the run in

We're not scoring enough. Fancy Palace to make a strong run. Murray, Zaha, Phillips goals galore there.

As champions.

Relevant point. As for "strength in depth", well it's plainly obvious that we haven't got it in our squad!
Tue Mar 05, 2013 11:30 pm
We will go up this year as champions I reckon

1) Watford. 2) Crystal Palace. 3) Cardiff City (Wembley winners).

Realistically runners up in my opinion. Don't think we'll drop out of the top 2, Must win against Leicester though.

totally agree, players were all looking at each other to tell them what to do!
this league isnt that good this yr so i still think we will go up though..
but on 3 out of the last 4 performances we will need strong investment next season at the spine of the team.

I bet them at the start of the season @ 12/1 and with 11 games to go and 5 points clear with a game in hand- damn right were going up as CHAMPIONS

Don Goodman does with Watford but wouldn't say as champions - he seems to like Watford style of play but not the fact they have so many loan players but if they are the rules then you can't blame them .
What happened to the Watford so called court case regarding 3rd party ownership ?
Wed Mar 06, 2013 12:59 pm
Whoever said we need 5 wins to go up is so wrong. There's 11 games left and 5 points between us and second.

11 for us but only 10 games left for the chasing pack (3 behind us).
We have 33 points to play for and them 30 and a 6 point cushion over 3rd.
We just need to start winning

I can't see them getting a points deduction, it would be unfair on this years team to be affected by the previous management team.
I do still feel that QPR should have been deducted though!

I still dont think we would have got an auto place
Ive never been as confident as some people about us going up and I wont believe it until it happens.

One thing we wont be doing is going up through the play-offs.
If we somehow manage to blow automatics the momentum will not be with us.
Autos or bust

Would have said that about West Ham last year but they somehow managed to drag themselves up.
Although I think this year's play offs hopefuls have better squads than last year's.
