Or someone waiting for a pay day. Someone has probably heard of the news, thought its gonna happen so they snap up the registration meaning Tan or Cardiff City will have to buy it from them to use it. This will probably mean a profit for the person.

I think if Tan was to change the name it would be to Cardiff Red Dragons.
