What are the fans views on him. Personally he really needs to work on his defensive duties but i must admit he is good when he gets forward. His crossing at times is very underated. But at the back he can be very dodgy.

Apart from yesterday I feel he has been very solid all season for us. He doesn't make many mistakes in all fairness but when he does they seem to cost us big time as shown yesterday. I like him, last season I always worried when he was on the ball but this season he seems a lot more confident on the ball.
He always looks threatening going forward I agree. His crossing, whether he puts it in the box along the floor or in the air is second to none. I feel next season if we're promoted he will be on the bench for us, and Declan John will push for a starting place as Luke Shaw has done for Southampton this season.

Yesterday he had a shocker, his passing was appalling but Wales on Sunday named him man of the match yesterday.
I have been impressed by Taylor recently and like you say thought that defensively he needs to do a bit more but going forward he is good, hopefully he will put yesterday's game behind him and come back strong on Tuesday.

Is it something to do with playing against your former club, Noone was poor against Brighton as well?

Mind, you could well be right as playing back at Boro's ground may have got to him.

Been good this season. Left back is a tough poistion and hard to find a strong decent one.
He might not stand out but he does his job well.
