I honestly can see gates getting less unless they start cutting the admission prices.

there's a man u season ticket holder who works with me who goes to every away game , and it cost him around £500 more a season to watch them away than it would have cost me

It is mad and bordering on obscene, but market forces will mean they will charge what they can, if you owned a business that you could charge a thousand people a hundred pound each and still fill it, why would you charge any less.

Doesn't make it right, it isn't fair on grass root average fans, but that is how it is, club owners don't care who pays as long as they pay and don't cause problems, it is the way of the world, just ask our UKIP expert right wing Angryman. :old:

but with the money from sky , gate money is not that important any more , if say 3000 man u went to a game and got charged £20 more than a smaller clubs fans thats 60k , they only charge these sums for the top 5 or 6 teams , so they make £360k a season on shafting supporters while taking £60,000,000 in tv money , it's obscene
