They're just twitter followers mind. The followers may like the idea, but contributing to it is a different matter.

Exactly, I think it's a good idea but they have no front runner at the moment, none at all. They could at least set up a fund or something, We're closer to making a Malky flag than they are a club. I also am interested on their ideas on new fans, say they are made and are successful, they're against the 'plastics' joining this club, what if 'plastics' go and watch them?

I don't like to shoot them down or anything, but I can't see them taking off.

Best of luck to them though :ayatollah:

I think it's flawed on how they're determined to be in the English leagues, I really can't see them joining the English leagues. Their objective is to try and become a better club than the current club and do it 'the right way'

I don't think they stand a chance in hell of getting into the English leagues sadly.

Would they actually get accepted into the English Leagues?

1) Your logic is flawed
2) As someone said, its twitter followers, not real life. Perhaps Piers Morgan on that basis could field a team of over 3,000,000. Heck, even I could field a team of a few hundred!
3) The team isn't 're-established'. When has there ever been an AFC Cardiff City??? I guess its down to your flawed logic in point 1
4) maybe you should build up your own cinema chain if you didn't like a film that you saw there

What's wrong with the Welsh leagues? I'd go watch them in the Welsh leagues.

Already follow a team in welsh leagues, and their a lot more local (down the hill)

Nothings been established, nothing will be established. It's an idea that seems great but will falter because the organisers won't have the brains or the perseverance to do it on their own. Get every anti rebrander to help out and it's achieveable but don't expect much help on Saturdays as most have renewed with the REAL Cardiff City.

I know this will upset a few people but to me these people are just defeatists. They have just given up without a fight, I haven't see a single protest and now they want to give up and make their own club. I'm sorry but it will never replace what we had. Good luck to them though

Looks like a few may get their wishes to supporting a team in the dungeon league rather than follow us in red.
Personally I will be surprised if it makes it off the internet but the badge is a good start.

They've apparently applied for Western League Division 1??

Knowing the person behind it I feel there is potential for it to happen.

That badge/crest is awesome.

I'd love to see that on our shirt. :ayatollah:

Instead of starting a new team, why not follow Merthyr Tydfil, a proper Welsh club that could do with your support. Just a suggestion.
I hate the rebrand but will still follow cardiff until enough is enough like a name change etc....

It's far too hush-hush. A lot of shouting, but no real news.

I asked questions to their twitter feed regarding the funding, venue for it all, pitch, council thoughts & FA opinions - just got blocked.

They are quite happy to shout about a badge & stuff, but when it comes to really important questions - they cannot answer.

but why would they want to release that into the public eye so soon?

Who said public? I messages them with a few questions, which they couldn't answer - instead they blocked me.

These bits of information are important, to be taken seriously, people will want to know. All well and good having a badge, but nothing else?!
