In regards to VT's statement on Thursday night's interview about paying Sam Hamman off, Will Sam will now sue VT for libel as we all know that Langstone are owed the money not Sam.

Why would he be so stupid. A judge said its most probable that Sam is Langston. So all that would come out in the wash if he sued. Something he doesnt want or he would have sued for his money already.

The point being what? The point you missed is,as VT doesn't own the club and is not responsible for their debts. Hamman can't sue as VT owes him nothing and we all know that if he sued the club he would get nothing as without VT the club doesn't have a pot to piss in.

But the impression that I get is that some still think we'd be top of the league without VT.

Even if Sam is the majority shareholder it would still be the company and not him personally who is the creditor if that's the way that the loan was registered.
