Sam is probably waiting to see if we go up - then what he is owed is up by another £5m.

It's got to be settled in 3 years time anyway, so he doesn't have to do anything really.

This is quite simple, if VT pays Sam off now, it will have to be paid for out of VTs personal money. However, if we get to the Prem, it will be paid for out of Cardiff City's money,and therefore won't cost him a penny personally.

He's therefore better off directing his resources into getting promotion than paying of Sam.

Surely Sam will now sue VT for libel as we all know that Langstone are owed the money not Sam. Also will VT be able to trace the final resting place of the 5m promotion bonus if paid to Langstone.

PS Langstone is allegedly the name of the road Sam's daughter live's on.

I dont see how he can be sued for libel? Sam is the representative of langstone so its fair to use his name.
