last summer she sent charles down in her place. it was a hot summers day and charlie was walking around with one of those davy crockett hats on all day.
at the end of the day in the mayors chambers charles was asked why he was wearing that winter hat on a summers day to which he replied. mummy was asking me this morning at brekkie where i was going today and i told her i was going to swansea and she just said " swansea wear the fox hat"
