Honest answers please!
How do you feel about the plastics?
How do you feel about the rugby anthems?
I personally think it's a joke and genuinely feel sorry for the die hard fans!

Hyms and arias a allso sang by u lot in the 80s.allong with bread of heaven.
And to be honest its a song all fans fans can sing.
And you allso mention plastics?well that comes with success, but you have more then us as at least we make a lot of noise wile u cant even raise a song.
Funny how every other fan of other clubs think that hyms and arias is the best song in the prem.
Go on youtube and look at the remarks from around the uk when we sang it in the play offs.
I think is envy they call it when we have something u do not.

It's a Welsh song and yes, I know the words.

I try being civil! I'm not envious, although I do genuinely feel sorry for the die hard fans who go week in week out! I have several Jack mates who live in Swansea, brynhyfred, sketty, clydach, Birchgrove, Bony, townhill, marina and parched tawe! They all moan about the rugby songs and Osprey plastics. I do understand that it comes with success. As for you're hymns maybe the English don't realize our international egg chasing anthems!

Been going to the football for over 30 years and I have never met anyone who said they don't like that song.
I could say I know many bluebirds who live in Ely, canton, the Bay, St. Mellons, Llandaff, Splott, Riverside.
Does that mean I tell the truth???
It's sang loud and proud if it's at rugby, football or sang at tidily winks, who cares? It's a song that sounds good, lifts the team and visiting fans always comment on how good it sounds.
Feel sorry for the shab club you support that's a total joke to welsh and British football and your shit fans who make no noise and get on your players back when they struggle.
PS judging by the lack of noise at Legoland it's mostly plastics in there.

got to be honest tho, from watching nearly every cup final on tv that's the loudest song i've ever heard from fans at wembley
Fri Mar 01, 2013 6:38 pm
Rugby songs? Do you mean hymns and arias? Is so I've been singing it watching the swans for decades. Didn't realise it was about rugby. Sang it on all 4 previous wembley trips.
Not sure what you mean by plastics? All clubs including yours see big rises in attendances as progress on the field is made. Your crowds have jumped more than most over the past 5 years. I welcome all new fans surely you do as well otherwise we would both be down in league 2 in front of 3 to 5 thousand.
Fri Mar 01, 2013 6:38 pm
Why would I bullshit? And know I ain't winding anybody up!
Like I've stated, I speak to my mate's on a regular basis and this was our last discussion. I just wanted to here a different view, just not the childish keyboard chat that you have replied with! You never fail to abuse my club, why the bitterness, you claim yo be the better people/fan! I beg to differ from these replies!
Waddle just post a picture of yourself, make us all laugh!

I agree. Shame we cant do it for a few others as well. But h&a seems to be as loud as any club sing any song. Strange thing is many fans of English clubs seem to think its the welsh anthem.

Of course fans are welcome, more the better obviously! But the plastics are the ones who support you when times are good, jus to see the big boys and sing rugby songs. As I've previously stated the reason I'm asking is a follow up from the chat I had with you're fellow jack army friends. They didn't like these songs etc. Hence the reason I ask you.

Who cares what the scummers think... Christ All they will do is take the opportunity to slag us off even through our 6 fingered west scummers love the gas.

I have never met a swans fan who doesnt like h&a. Do you think you will get the crowds you are getting now if you got relegated to league 1. As I said a certain percentage of fans watch success Cardiff fans who watched their team in the 80s and 90s know what I mean.

Plastics? Of course we're going to get plastics when we're a successful club just like you do, you didn't used to get 20,000 plus in when you were in the fourth tier and neither did we. Plastic fans only show that the club is doing well, and both you and us are getting them at the moment whilst Wrexham are not.
Rugby anthems? Like Men of Harlech and bread of heaven? The only reason you dislike the song, is because we sing it so well. Every time we sung it on Sunday we drowned out the whole of Wembley, when we sing it at the Liberty it is incredibly loud and it creates the sort of noise that you can only dream of at the moment. I'm not trying to say that in an up yours sort of way, but it is just how it is and our fans are able to a much better atmosphere than yours as we have better songs such as Hymes and Arias and the Cavase. You never kicked up any fuss about it being a rugby song until it became our main song in the last couple of seasons.
Fri Mar 01, 2013 7:03 pm
Not wishing to annoy any Cardiff fan, or suck up to jacks, but one of the songs I remember most vividly from the seventies and early eighties was hymns and arias. Sorry but we did sing it and f*cking good it sounded too.
Fri Mar 01, 2013 7:25 pm
Go and watch the final again we sang plenty of other songs did u hear the one are u watching cardiff scrum just keep kidding yourself that half the 32000 were rugby fans like they have a massive following at the liberty clutching and straws comes to mind.
Fri Mar 01, 2013 7:31 pm
Cardiff did used to sing hymns and arias - remember it at Shrewsbury 86 and others.
Fri Mar 01, 2013 7:47 pm
Correct, and whilst I'm on about songs I never heard city till I die until went to a Man city game with a mate and then I heard it on tele when the jacks were playing, yet some in the Canton sing it now, and I cringe.
Fri Mar 01, 2013 8:09 pm
Mate I can't be asked to carry on this shit, I spoke about it to Jacks in the flesh and just wanted to know what cyber warriors thought. Guess it's a matter of opinion on both side of life!
