I gave an interview to the Echo yesterday discussing the rebranding, in the interview I said that the real fans are the ones who will stay whether we are in the Premier League or not.

To me real fans, are fans who support Cardiff City no matter where you are in the leagues and no matter how good or bad you play.

But reading the paper this morning I have been misquoted quite badly. Theyve gone as far as saying that Ive said Real Fans dont go anymore, yet in the next sentence they then say I say but I still go. You couldn't make it up could you

Annis I think the media have a huge part in the timing of VT interview, the run in is the most important thing right now,
But there are many who would like us to feck it up.....so hounding Tan for an interview and trying to destabilise our players is my conspiracy theory.

These same people were saying they were disillusioned with football in general before there was any talk of re-branding. Personally I wouldn't give any part of the media as they will use the quote to suit themselves.

It is a bit ironic that some fans don't give the benefit of the doubt to our owners when journalists give their opinion on matters regarding our club.

The interview makes you out to say anyone who watches Cardiff after next season is not a reall fan and the new fans are all glory hunters and not proper fans ,doesn't look good annis ,could get he'll of a lot of flack off the back of that

We've disagreed on the rebrand, but your views are always sensibly put and fair, and anyone reading this who knows you will see what's happened.

I wouldn't worry about it - have a word with Carl to get them to issue an apology so the record is put straight.

I couldn't believe at the top of the programme last night they stated something like "What a week for Welsh sport, Wales notch up another win in the Six Nations and Swansea City win the League cup........."

As much as I hate our six fingered, inbred, caravan dwelling, peg selling little brothers, how the hell can they put a rugby win against the MIGHTY Italians before lifting the second biggest cup in domestic football!.....unreal!

Sometimes the media are the worst ones, I also wonder is there any point in interviews anymore because they change and misquote so much material it's unreal.

I know you went to these places you went but I have had a season ticket since I was 5 and I'm now 16 and just because I am coping with Cardiff becoming red that does not make me not a true fan cause I can asure you I love the club as much as the next person...
