So, we have still not reneged on the debt. By your own argument you make my point. Swansea took the easy route twice and prior to the points deduction penalty, we are taking the hard route. And yes, we have transferred them from one to the other, but if the debt is turned to equity as has been promised (which we must accept as that is what we have been told). Then we will have done it the right way and no local business or any other creditors will have suffered. However, the club is being slowly transformed to operate at a level where it can generate the income and have the asset base with which to also tackle the debt.

Not sure about the interest rate, as I thought it was all 7%, but there's one thing for sure, whilst we may well have transferred the debt from one creditor to another, we now have a creditor in charge who can sustain our level of debt, which our previous creditor certainly couldn't, the same as your previous creditors couldn't as well!

We were less then a mill in debt when we went in to admin,so yes local firms did lose out.
However they are the clubs suppliers again and both the club and the firms who lost out in them dark days have come thrugh it and are now much better off.
