Would this be the same Ricky Wright who deposited the check from Sheffield Utd for the sale of Blakey straight into his personal bank account

The ones I can remember:
Dewey - took the money for Toshack when promotion was so close.Did the board really want City to get promoted as they would have to spend some money?Small time provincials.
Bob Grogan -Kenton Utilities - put money into the club and at the end had a feel for the club - shame he died.
Terleski - local politician. no money
Rick Wright - did what he said and left us in the shit
Kumar - what do you think!Ha ha ha ha.
Clemo - no money but probably better than reputation
Borley - no real money but probably saved the club from non-league and kept it going through enormous pressures
Sam - mmmmmmmmm
DT - CCFC owes this man a debt of gratitude.

When you use the word 'decent' there are one or two decent men in the above list.
Did they all make some money out of the club. Probably yes. Some reasonably. others not so.

Sam had vision but mmmmmmmmm.

No one but Tan has come up with the financial resources and business plan to take CCFC to another level. We are best backing him as much as we can.

You won't get Mother Teresa in this game.

Did not know him myself, but people who did tell me that Tony Clemo was a decent bloke.

He's still around and a shareholder I think.
Took a lot of stick but if the facts were available probably did the best he could in the circumstances.

Re the above list, the one I forgot(how could I?!) was Risdale. Now then, there's a tale.
My summary:
Risdale - Conman/troubleshooter who knew the football business. Front man for the board and in particular PMG with a brief to get the club promoted,'shit or bust.' Hindsight will probably say he did a job and without him we would probably have been stuffed.Problem is his upfront cash deals on a long term basis e.g. Compass and Puma have left the club very short of cash flow.

Bob Grogan was an absolute gent. His unfortunate passing put the club back years. He had a vision for the club and if he hadn't died we would have been in the old first division years ago.
