I know a very intelligent guy whose first language is Welsh, to speak to him (in English) you would think he not really all there.
Anybody with Tan's wealth is not in the slightest bit stupid, he'll take calculated risks and make mistakes, he's speaking broken English, most of the interview I was ok with, loved the bit about Torres, but not impressed with his statement about losing 20-25% of fans, they have strong beliefs and deserve a bit more respect.
