IF we are promoted, we, after so many years of being a selling club will have a much better chance to keep hold of brilliant young talent that has come through or youth system.

The likes of Declan John and Ben Nugent look exciting prospects and I'm very confident that we will keep hold of them.

Hope so mate. I totally agree with you about Declan John by the way. From the little I have seen of him, I am excited and think he will be a future Premiership left back for many, many years.

I think, from what I've seen of him, them prem will suit him more than the championship.

Just look at Luke Shaw of Southampton, he's roughly the same age and position as him and this is his 1st season for them as a senior player and he starts every game.

The pace of the prem will suit the type of player John is I think mate.
