I'm posting a reply as a Swansea fan here, and looking at the message board today then sadly for you guys I think the ship has sailed, its too late for a supporters trust to make a big dent in the way your club is run.
But, on a brighter note, you have to start somewhere, to do it, get influential members of your fanbase to join, then get themselves elected to the trust. Then you can work it from there, the Swansea supporters trust is held up these days as an example to others but we were right in the shit at the time that it got going, not top of the championship. Get your supporters trust fixed would be a start. I only say this because I read quite regularly on here that a lot of your fans stay away from it?
It should be a beacon, at the present time it seems to be something that a lot of you ridicule?
