Going back to few years back when we was going through administration.. I was super worried about the club going to administration, points getting docked and etc. Few days before deadline, Vincent Tan buys the clubs and then saved us from going administration.. I thought we was so lucky at the time.
When VT decided to changed to Red, I had no option but to accept it. I must admit I wasn't as passionate as everyone but at the same time whilst hearing Ali introducing the bluebirds coming out playing in RED and watching the football league on TV commentating the "bluebirds playing in RED also looked and sounded so wrong!
Now to think VT might scrap the bluebirds to Cardiff Dragons, that is really upsetting! At the same time, I can see from a business mind what he want's to do, it's all about Asia, $money$ and investment! He may or may not probably succeed
It's been long time coming, since 1960's we were in the top flight premier division! I am enjoying the football, we are sure to go up this season and hopefully we will remain a solid premier league team in coming years. But the thought of scrapping the complete heritage (Blue, Bluebird, Logo) is quite fucked up!!
I am really confused, angry, hurt and worried but do not want want to stop going to games... what do fans like us do? How can a foreigner come to our hometown and just change everything!! Do we protest or do we just do nothing and just go to the games and one day watch the Red Cardiff Dragons play the football? Not sure what we should be thinking... Please can someone advise? thanks.
