Looking closely at the plan in his head , it makes a lot of sense business wise but is horrible for supporters feelings !

1. Take over a club that has a huge fan base , new stadium with potential for expansion and are desperate for investment
2. Pay off important debts and look like a saviour to the masses
3. Introduce a young hungry manager of your choice
4. Spend a bit of money on the team to keep it in contention for honours
5. Release the fact the club is struggling financially and in need of radical ideas to become successful
6. Sell season tickets for upcoming season to insure revenue
7. Start phase one of a rebrand with a badge change and the change of colour to a popular one in the market targeted
8. Promise huge funds if plan is supported to pay debts and improve team
9. Follow through with promises to gain major support for the plans
10. Slowly rebrand the club bit by bit so not so noticeable over a season
11. Make it look like the plan is working on tv by giving away free red merchandise to turn the fans red
12.keep season tickets low and offer a great interest free deal
13. Slowly leak plans to gain opinion on fans feelings about phase two of the rebrand
14. Gain promotion to the premier league and everything is forgiven and is once again a popular figure
15. Give the fans some input into the redesign of the badge to look like they matter and are listened to
16 The good feeling returns to the club and everything is rosy looking forward to the next season
17. Hit the fans with the change of name when there is a good feeling around the club hoping it would be accepted easier
18. Release the fact the manager has a huge war chest to keep us in the premier league
19. Sign some big name players to appease the fans once again and keep his word
20. Pay off all outstanding debts and keep his word on original promise
21. Change the cladding on outside of the stadium to match the kits
22. Keep the team in the premier league and finally make a profit
23. Upgrade the stadium to 30k plus and build a training ground like promised
24. Change the seats to red the final part of the rebrand the club is now a total new entity
25. The marketing in Malaysia goes into overdrive and they see cardiff dragons as there own team
26. Have every cardiff match shown on his Asian sport channels every week earning him millions in ppv money
27.oversees merchandise sales go through the roof as the club becomes successful
28. Per season tours to Malaysia and other Asian country's pull in even more fans
29. Cardiff are finally out of debt and tans money has been repaid
30. He watches the money role in for a few seasons before selling the club at a huge profit

Agreed. Doesn't mean it's going to happen though.

Just because he's rich it doesn't mean he's always right, he has no experience of football matters and doesn't understand the sport. He's clearly wrong and a buffoon in regards to this.

It can be extended and will be full unlike your concrete council ground
