A forum for all things Cardiff City

We was willing to ACCEPT the changes to red. The bluebird remained and we was actually hoping this season that the bluebird would get a more prominent look on the club badge.
I was one of the loud minority of people who was willing to accept the red in the promise that the debt would be cleared and we would have a very bright future. But YOU CANNOT change the name of the club. What gives you the right?
You say how "Manchester United and Liverpool wear red and are have a bigger fan base than Chelsea and Manchester City" Chelsea and Manchester City have only recently become bigger clubs. How will they compete with Liverpool and Manchester United who are two of the most decorated clubs in English football? Their History speaks for itself. I along with a lot of Cardiff City fans appreciate the money you have put into the club and we were willing to accept red, but changing the name to Cardiff Dragons? You got another thing coming mate. You said how "But if I find they are not welcoming and rude, then maybe I will find a new buyer and go off." LEAVE THEN. If you plan on changing the name to Cardiff Dragons then bye, bye.
WE ARE NOT A TOY. Change the colour of the kit, that's acceptable. Just about. But you change the name to Cardiff Dragons and get rid of that bluebird, we will drive you out of CARDIFF CITY.
Changing the name is ripping out the soul of OUR club and even though I was backing you to a point, you've now crossed that line if you change the name of the club.

Soon, the club will say "We have no interest in doing this"
then "it's going to happen, or Vincent Tan will not invest and walk away"
then a huge acceptance by cardiff fans
The VT way, divide and conquer.
