i can tolerate the colour change just by focusing on the xi on the field, but a name chang eis a step too far...

Been saying this for the last two weeks. Of course he's open to a name change. Anything he can do to further his stamp on the club and use it as a marketing tool to boost his image in this part of the world he'll do. He's not an idiot and marketing and profit margins come before traditions.

He's the sort of person who'd sell a house that has been in the family for centuries for a quick buck.

This isn't a footballing man but a business man.

A few were upset but like in any business if we get 80% or 75% of the customers happy, with 20-25% not happy, that's fine," he said.

Thats perfect businessman rhetoric. If anything it just proves how much he sees the club as a future profit making machine and not an actual football club.

i'm bemused to how naive this man can be!! it shoudnt come as a surprise but it has.

If this change goes ahead I will be selling my season ticket on a match by match basis to cash in on VT's club because it will no longer be cardiff city and I'll have no hafiliation to the club anymore

very good idea ^^ I'm gonna renew and then sell it for double, cos whoever buys it will be a c**t for supporting them in the first place
