Would love to have the confidence/desire he as in the changing rooms. A born leader, how he was 2nd choice to te Malaysians I'll never know. Not much is said about him, and I'm glad. Him and, dare I say it... Brendan Rodgers are what modern day coaches should strive to be!!

Andy Gray just singing his praises on talkSport and couldn't argue with him on anything. Said he turned us around when all the players went out and there was an air of not knowing what way the club was going to go around the club. Brought in good players to stabilise the club and then finished the job this season.

Unfortunately they can't get Malky on air because he's out on the training fields and left his phone in the office. At least we know Malky hasn't got a Sordell type Twitter addiction.
