Malky's Best and worst

Who do you guys think has been Malky's best and worst signing throughout his time at the club

His best signing imo is Gunnarsson, he has been the type of midfielder we have missed for years and he has been very consistant over the last 18 months. he also has scored a few important goals over this season as well. I don't think many will agree with me picking gunnarson as there are others who have done a great job since coming in such as smith, turner, connelly and campbell etc

But Gunnarson has been the most consistant over a long period of time

The worst signing malky has made has to be velikonja. I haven't seen much of him to be honest and he still might be adapting to life in a different country but considering his age and cost, I think this was malky's only bad signing. apart from 1 or 2 appearances in the first team, for £1-£2 mil we should of been expecting a player in the first 11 or at least on the bench.

Can't really call Velikonja a bad signing. He raped Newcastle and is banging them in for the developmental side. He's just not been good enough for the starting side probably.

Gestede is probably the worst signing as he's not done anything despite his first team opportunities.

His best signing is looking to be Fraizer at the minute, or Tommy Smith.

His worst I'd say is Kadeem Harris. He was meant to be a quality player and really isn't..

Rudy Gestede is the worse signing. Think we won't see him again.

It is difficult one to decide who is the best signing because the ones who are making an impact there is very little difference between them. I think Tommy Smith has the edge on most of them but I feel Campbell is going to be the one for me but its too early to give him my vote.

Best signing - Frazier Campbell - purely because he's a bargain at the price he got him and will fire us into the premier league , have to agree though Gunnarsson is a very close second .

Most exciting signing - Craig noone , I love watching him play gets me off my seat every time .

Most annoying - karim frei - so much talent it's unreal but wasn't used by Mackay much for some reason .

Worst signing - Jordan Mutch - so disappointed in this guy he just isn't living up to the hype about him a few years ago and has found himself 4-5th choice after his big move . Very disappointed he looked good beginning of the season ! ,

A few dodgy ones aswell
kadeem Harris - should have broken through by now if he was to make it
Harris vukcic - was a mistake IMO
Ettien velinkonja - hard to judge until seen in the team
Robert earnshaw - should not have returned he's lost it .

Mutch will come good for us IMO and will be a big player for us next season :)

I agree.

After his injury vs Millwall in the same game as Maynard's it's taken him time to get back and now he's playing well in the DVP squad, he will prove to be a great signing for us.

Best - Craig Bellamy, Fraizer Campbell, Craig Noone and Tommy Smith.
Worst - Kadeem Harris, Etien Velikonja and Rudy Gestede.

Joe Mason and Ben Turner have been good signings too!

I got to be honest I can't see him playing for us very much again , unfortunately if we go up I think we will strengthen centre midfield and he will be surplus to requirements . Whitts , Gunnar, smith , kimbo , cowie, all ahead of him this year let alone next year in the premiership . If he can't get into the team now what chance has he got in the future ?
That said I do think he is a very good player just sometimes certain moves don't work out for players and I think this will be one of those for him unfortunately

Mutch is only 21, he still has plenty of time to live up to his potential with a run of games :ayatollah:

Has to be Joe Mason for best signing in my opinion, i genuinely believe the kid is gonna be top class one day. Though Ben Turner runs him a close second. :ayatollah:

Worst signing has to be Rudy Gestede i think, i don't criticise players often at all but i just dont think he's up to this level sadly.

The best has got to be campbell because of goals scored
the worst without a shadow of a doubt is the energy drink man rudy gestede maybe he should drink a few cases of his own drink to give him a boost, he cant win header and he is about 7ft tall also he couldnt score in a brothel.

He scored in the last match he started..

He may not be amazing but could do a job for the likes of P'boro.
