Ticket collection?

Tue Feb 26, 2013 8:53 pm

I'M a Cardiff City fan from Germany and I want to visit the home Match vs. Derby on next Tuesday, March 5th.
If I book online, is it possible to print the ticket at home, or pick it up at the ticket office on matchday? I don't want it to be posted to Germany, because it's too late.
I already created an account, but couldn't find an option to set "collection" or "print at home".
Thanks for any help!

You can pick it up on at the ticket office or pay on the night :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Pop in the Ninian Park Pub before game :malky:

Ok, thanks guys :!:
Another question:
Are the current prices the final prices, or will they rise,if I book online later? I ask because of the "dynamic pricing" system, which is mentioned on the homepage.

No, the current prices move up from day to day or as popular as the game gets, if you get book them earlier you will get them cheaper, being a fan from Germany, with a valid receipt I'm sure they'd understand give you the price you paid for

Ok, I would love to do this. But the problem is:
If I choose a seat and go to the payment site, I can't find a button, or something else where I can choose "collection".
So I'm very afraid, that if I insert my credit card details and press the "complete purchase" button , the ticket will be posted instead of being held at the tcket office for colletion on matchday. :(

There's isn't an option to collect online? They will
Post them up until 3 days before game. I would ring them.

Ah I understand, yeah I would just give the ticket office a ring in the morning and book it on the phone and get them to put it aside. Dont let these minor details put you off :ayatollah:

Or I wait with the booking until the weekend. Then it should not be posted and I don't think the match be sold out until then.
