Yeah I know what you mean mate but at least I will feel a lot better in myself after what they have put me and ny family through during the last three years. After speaking to the court bailiffs they told need that the only way they pat up is when a bankruptcy case is on them as they have served others on them and all of a sudden they get the money from somewhere. I hope that it's the same thing here but if not I'll get a slice on the sale of their house anyway.

So I've taken the step to go for bankruptcy and just wondered if anyone has gone down this avenue with a debtor and what was the outcome ? I know they own their own mortgaged house and have recently come into some money so I should be able to get something back.
Just wondering what happened to others going down this avenue ?

because I would like to know what experiences they have had as what the judge decides seems to be compeltely on the day. Many solicitors tell me that you can never guess what the judge does in civil matters.
