In fairness to Conolly his issues aren't strictly due to him being a full back, giving away possession he can do from anywhere and if he cuts that out hell be ok. But yeah Kim, Conway to come back.

I just don't think he looks comfortable, doesn't offer real width or link up well.

I'm not so sure.
My problem is MM likes the fullbacks to go forward and Connally fails on that. If Connally was just a defensive fullback then is agree. Problem is Connally loses possession going forward and doesn't have the pace or positional sense to recover.
