Phone help

Help guys. I don't have the best credit ratings but I need a phone contract. Not even need a phone I need a Simo deal as I spend 50-70 a month on payg. I have been declined by O2 and Vodafone. I have an iPhone 4s but it's locked to O2 so not sure if I can get an orange sim or anything in it..
Anyone know how much and where I cn unlock my phone..

I need unlimited texts and as much Internet as possible. Minutes aren't an issue. Please help

giff gaff. It runs off 02 aswell so you shouldn't need to unlock it.

You can get it unlocked your iphone4S at low cost from ProUnlocking.com here they unlock your iPhone using Remote unlocking method.

O2 can unlock your phone for you. I think by law they are not able to refuse you, just ring them up and enquire.
If you want as much date as possible then 3 is probably your best bet.

Thats the form you need to fill out to unlock an O2 phone with them.
