Really hit home...

Wed Feb 20, 2013 8:21 pm

I know this is the 1000000 post about last night but its hit a nerve, and this forum is to voice your opinion. After seeing all those scarfs last night i feel an outsider by my own club for not accepting the re-brand. I have always been against it but tonight it was really hammerd home and touched a nerve its here to stay and tan and his army of red sheep will march to the premier league as franchise fc. I will always support the boys and the booing was pointless fair play but the day the bluebird goes and so much the name changes i will turn my back. So lads if your dead against it lets voice our opinions and do something about it stand up and be counted!!

Just hope the organise hasn't got any homework or a hangover like the last two occasions, and this time makes it happen.

I can't believe that all those people would have chosen to have a red scarf.... it was free!

If someone at the stadium was to offer blue scarves next time, i'm sure the people taking them would be the same.. just because it was free.

If I am wrong, then I will fully accept that I am in the minority and that this club is now on the verge of being a full blown plastic club!

But we all know this would never happen cos Emperor Tan has spoken!

Exactly, taking a free scarf means nothing except people like free stuff!

Yes it did. It means that they weren't "reluctantly" red.

If your principals on what you believe are worth giving up for a free scarf that cost about 50p to make, well - that's a sad affair.

Grasping at straws here I think. People were happy to wear the scarfs on Tuesday and show their loyalty to the club

No sarcastic mate, just realistic, this OP got a track record for ideas and then dropping them after initial thought, without strong leadership ideas are simply that ideas, that is why there has been little if any protesting.
there must have been twenty ideas and suggestions as to what to do with the red scarves on Tuesday, and we know how that turned out.
It's like ever decreasing circles, they even on about forming their own club again now, all hot air and no action, surely you can see that.

What was it then? coz the story circulating was on the first occasion those involved had too much school work tom give it the time needed and the next meeting was cancelled because the organiser had a hangover, apologies if it not true, but it's what was put out on here (so it must be true :P )

So putting money in his pocket is not seen as supporting VT, yet not taking it off him and cossting him money is OK. Is it me or is that a bit odd. :old:
