For big games yes.
I don't usually bring up Ninian Park but the last season there it was buzzing nearly every game. I highly doubt fans change that much over the summer.

It was buzzing because it was the last season, it's been poor since 2002 when all the plastics and new breeds jumped aboard and sanitised the atmosphere.

I've been going ever since, and I know for a fact that the atmosphere in the stadium now is in no way comparable to the last few years of Ninian Park, even if it wasn't that good to you.
