Now is not the time for any protest of any kind....

And I don't think that anyone will be silly enough to throw scarves on the pitch, as I think that we can all see the end game and are all sensible enough to know that we must all be united in reaching the most important goal of promotion. I estimate that 90% of supporters will take a scarf tomorrow evening, maybe not all will wear it on the night but they will take it as a souvenir. If I was going tomorrow I would take one, I'm not over the re- branding enough to wear it but I would take one, just as a souvenir of our promotion season.Lets face it, in a couple of seasons we will be in red and it will be forgotten anyway, it is happening, by not taking a scarf will not register with Tan and will have no effect.

It got me thinking about some people's strength of feeling over the blue kit and badge and I thought, imagine we went back to blue overnight, starting tomorrow and lost the next 5 games! It would be hugely interesting to see what the feeling of the supporters would be. I wonder if fans would be so keen about blue if it suddenly looked as we had blown promotion wearing it! That is not a point to debate by the way, whether or not we would be better in blue or red!! I just used it as an illustration to emphasis that its all about winning promotion for now, that is all that matters, not kit colour or badges. Lets keep our eye on the real prize. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :malky:

I can understand people not accepting the free red scarf, it is also an ideal chance for people to turn up with their blue shirts and blue scarves, but throwing anything on the pitch is not the answer, and also i wouldn't want a three year ban for throwing anything on the pitch.

We are flying at the top of the league, the games and the points can't come quick enough for me and my main focus is what's going on out on the field, I just hope there are no incidents to distract from the main event which should be another three points and a massive step forward again. :old:

Im of the opinion if a scarf comes my way I'll take it put it inside my coat and give it to my god daughter, cousin whatever.
It won't bother me if I don't get one, I would never buy myself one. I certainly won't throw it on the pitch.
I'd rather be blue, but hey there's worse things in life, so until the situation changes I won't be losing sleep or acting the big I am on here about it.
I go for the football, beers with my mates and a laugh.
I draw the line at singing YNWA though ;)

Same again here, give me back my blue any day - I wont wear it but I will accept the scarf for my collection of CCFC memorabilia. I honestly believe we will be back in blue one day, but now is not the time to push for it.
