How things change

Sat Feb 16, 2013 6:20 pm

Games against Bristol City used to have the Cardiff fans rocking, sadly no more. Atmosphere was f*cking dire through out the game until our second goal when I admit we were pretty loud. Think the new breeds and plastics have truly sanitised and destroyed our once fabled atmosphere, do we deserve premiership football? Our home atmosphere resembles Wigans and Fulhams to be honest. Shame on the youngsters.

All in all and awful atmosphere but three excellent points.

I enjoyed it. And actually, I was down the front of the Canton (row F) and the only ones singing for large parts were the people my age. People in their 40's and 50's hardly sung a word

Fans got to put the effort in that the players have been. Off course we deserve premiership football so lets get a fanbase and atmosphere that would fit into that league.

It was better than normal, but it's only a good atmosphere in spells. It's never constantly good throughout the match.

I sit in the family and could hardly hear the Canton, maybe this was due to the closer noise of the away fans and the Ninian. I think its tension with a lot of people, we need to be relaxed or feel aggrieved to get us going
