Half time Dancing Dragon

Thu Feb 14, 2013 10:10 am

You couldn't make it up!

"On Saturday we will be welcoming back Shaolin Fists Lion Troupe to perform a lion and dragon dance as a part of Chinese New Year celebrations - 2013 being the year of the snake.

The dance is a ceremony that is seen to ward off evil spirits, while bringing good health, fortunes and prosperity, ushering the new year in the right way. The troupe were our guests at the start of the season as we turned on the new stadium lights for the first time - and as it was the start of a ten game home winning run, we're very happy to see a repeat performance this weekend.

Watch out for the troupe who will also be performing at half time and making a trip to the Family Stand."

I have absolutely no idea what is going on at the club. Every week there seems to be a story that makes the situation at the club even more embarrassing!

I think the discontent of the supporters would be a lot greater if we were struggling on the pitch.

Re: Half time Dancing Dragon

They do lots of different things at half time.
This has done before, just seems more dramatic after the rebrand.

I'll be having a pint anyway.
