Fan Running on to pitch

If this was a football fan there would be Banning orders etc, but i cannot see any type of that here? anyone know any different?

Haha I did notice that watching the highlights and thought the same at first I thought it was a coach or a member of staff a squad member, but then realised it was a bloody rugby hooligan bringing shame on our rugby loving nation! He should get 10years hard labour imo Lol
